Milford man arrested twice in one night

A Milford man is being held by police after violating his conditions of release less than six hours after being arrested.

Police were called to a disturbance on Lincoln Avenue Tuesday night around 10:00 p.m. Richard Uberti, 60, is accused of spitting on a relative and attempting to strike him during an argument.

Police arrested Uberti for disorderly conduct and released him on the condition that he didn't enter the victim's dwelling.

While investigating an unrelated incident, police found out that Uberti had entered the home of the victim less than six hours later. He was then arrested for conditions of release violation and was held on a $5,000 bond.
