Here's what police are reporting for notable arrests from Tuesday (all from Milford PD press release)
Name: Robert Harvey, 27, Stratford
Arrest date: June 18, 12:30 p.m.
Pending charge: illegal possession of prescription drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia
Police say: They saw Harvey's car run a red light; they stopped his vehicle and found 4-1/2 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and 55 methocarbomol pills (not his).
Name: Rowland Gill, 46, Milford
Arrest date: June 18, 4:45 p.m.
Pending charge: second-degree breach of peace, interfering with police
Police say: They got a complaint of a disturbance at a home on Village Road, and discovered that Gill had threatened one of the people inside. Police say Gill got "combative" with them.
Name: Jacklyn Smeriglio, 22, Wallingford
Arrest date: June 18, 7:30 p.m.
Pending charge: sixth-degree larceny
Police say: They arrested Smeriglio on a warrant for stealing $140 from her workplace on June 16.
