State Senate Approves Bill helping Milford

I'm working on a story right now about the General Assembly's State Senate voting to approve a bill that will allow local towns oversight over solid waste facilities. This will allow Milford to regulate a proposed recycling center, which has drawn the ire of Milford residents.

I'm awaiting to see if the Governor will sign the bill. Will post once I get information.

After the June 11 arrest of Luis A. Rodriguez for the 2001 murder of Walnut Beach resident Kelsey Monahon, I got curious about other long-term unsolved homicides in Milford.
