Woman arrested in Milford for using dead person's credit card
Milford Police arrested a woman for allegedly using a former health care facility resident's credit card to buy goods.
A relative of the deceased resident informed police in April that he had received a statement from the deceased relative's bank which reflected several unauthorized transactions in New Haven and Fairfield counties.
Investigation led to the arrest of Dequonna Horne, 32, of West Haven. She was charged with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and receipt of goods by illegal use of a credit card. She was held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
